2. Hosting and server log files
When this website is accessed, technically necessary data is processed so that the site can be delivered, secured and analysed in case of errors. This may include IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, referrer URL, browser and operating system information, status codes and transferred data volume.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website.
3. Cookies, tracking and analytics
This website currently does not use its own tracking cookies, web analytics or advertising profiles. If this changes later, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly.
4. Synchronized content
News, planned convoys and status numbers are synchronized server-side with external platforms, in particular TruckersMP, Trucky and Discord. The website only displays community-relevant content and aggregated numbers, such as VTC members or Discord members. Roles are not named on the website.
The synchronization usually runs every 30 minutes. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR because we have a legitimate interest in keeping community information up to date.
5. Contact
If you contact us by email or through TruckersMP Contact, we process your information to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or membership-related requests, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
6. External links
When you click external links, for example to TruckersMP, Trucky or Discord, you leave this website. The privacy notices of the respective providers apply to processing on those platforms.
7. Storage period
Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by law. Server logs are deleted regularly unless they are needed longer for security reasons.
8. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
9. Updates
This privacy policy may be updated if features, platform connections or legal requirements change.
