1. Purpose of This Rulebook
The TransFlex Group rulebook exists to create clarity, consistency and trust. A virtual trucking company can only function well when every member understands the standards that apply to daily driving, communication, events, platforms and public representation.
This document is not intended to be intimidating. It is a practical guide for safe cooperation. It explains how we work, how we communicate and how we protect the reputation of the TransFlex Group.
1.1 What This Rulebook Regulates

If external platform rules are stricter than our internal rules, the stricter standard applies.

14.1 Account Use
Members must use their own account and keep account information accurate. Sharing accounts or logging jobs for another person is not allowed.
14.2 Job Recording
Jobs must be recorded honestly. Manipulated, duplicated, unrealistic or intentionally false job entries may be removed and reviewed.

16.1 Job Integrity
Every job should be completed honestly. Members must not use system manipulation, fake deliveries or unauthorized tools to improve statistics.

A break is a planned temporary pause. Members on approved break are not expected to meet normal activity requirements during the approved period.
18.3 Inactivity
A member may be marked inactive if they do not meet activity requirements and do not communicate. Continued inactivity may lead to role changes or removal.
